The products in this category include both felts and wadding that are formed by natural or synthetic fibre that undergoes particular working in order to give them the specific characteristics for the sector of applications to which they are destined.
In particular, this type of product may undergo treatment during the production process such as impregnation with chemical products or perfumed substances and detergents, or during the transformation processes they are cut or folded into the forms and dimensions that are requested to then be packaged and destined for the various sectors of use (see "Transformation machines").
